These Terms govern your access to and use of LivePublisher. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is passwordless; keep access to your email and devices secure.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your content to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance (annually or monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Some features include usage-based charges (for example commerce fees, email volume, AI credits, or domain registration). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
You may connect a domain you own or register one through us. Domains you register remain yours, subject to the registrar’s terms and renewal.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, and export your content beforehand. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
