LivePublisher (“we,” “us”) provides a self-serve website publishing platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to livepublisher.com and the LivePublisher application.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and, if you use Sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple provides. We use passwordless sign-in, so we do not store passwords.
• Content you create — the sites, pages, posts, images, and other materials you build and upload.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — limited, privacy-friendly analytics about how the service is used to operate and improve it.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service and your sites.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions and add-ons.
• To send service communications (and, with your consent, product updates).

Your content and ownership

You own your content and your domain. You can export your content and data at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, isolated per-tenant storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and core functionality and minimal, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on our own marketing site.
